MEET OUR STAFF
- General Manager
Jim is responsible for the overall management and administration of The Bridges Resort. He enjoys spending time with his son Kadence, daughter Cecelia, and wife Susie in the outdoors. Jim is an avid cyclist, hunter, and telemark skier.
- Controller + Human Resources
Cliff is responsible for financial reporting for The Bridges and also ensures that personnel policies are applied consistently. Cliff took up skiing late in life and has become a bit of a fanatic. He also loves hiking, backpacking, cycling and being in the great outdoors.
- Operations Director
Bob is responsible for facilities and maintenance at The Bridges. He manages the maintenance staff and is available on call for emergencies concerning maintenance issues. Bob is also in charge of grounds keeping. While not at the resort, he enjoys coaching little league baseball and youth hockey, camping and hiking with his family and relaxing on his porch and playing some cards. - Director of Tennis + Resort Programs
Errol manages all recreation programs at The Bridges Family Resort. Errol was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa where he grew his love for the game of tennis. Errol is a certified PTR Teaching Professional and is currently obtaining the highly prestigious Master of Tennis (M.O.T) qualification. In 2012 Errol received the USTA New England PTR Pro of the Year award. Errol loves to teach the game and truly believes that tennis is one of the great lifetime sports that can be enjoyed by all. - Front Office Manager
Tracey watches over the front desk, including reservations, tennis & wellness center scheduling and much more. Having been at The Bridges for over ten years total, she is well known by owners, members and repeat guests for her incredible sense of humor and knowledge of her position. - Director of Housekeeping
Kim, originally form Pennsylvania, moved to the Mad River Valley in 1996 and has worked at The Bridges since 2008. In her spare time, she enjoys basking in the sunshine, be it by the pool or on the slopes, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends. Contact Kim at email@example.com
- Hospitality Coordinator
Some owners and members may already be acquainted with Pat as she worked at The Bridges from 91-97 in homeowner services. Pat works part time and is responsible for long term bookings and event planning. She and her family also owned/operated Rosita’s Mexican Restaurant, in the valley, for several years.
