
The Bridges offers an array of aerobic, aquatic, and yoga classes weekly. In addition, hikes, walks and access to miles of cross country and snowshoe terrain are available for our guests to enjoy. Personal fitness training is also available. It's easy to stay fit at The Bridges!

Class Descriptions
Aqua Relaxation
Learn how to enjoy the gentle toning elements of water with Mary Jane. Plenty of aqua tools to use! (All levels)
Cardio 30 and Core
Get your Friday morning off to a great start by working out in interval style using various cardio equipment to raise metabolism, work the heart & lungs more efficiently, and burn fat. A two set combination of 15 minutes on any two cardio machines, ending with abs and back strengthening exercises. (All levels)
Cardio-Strength Intervals
This exciting class will challenge both the cardiovascular & muscular strength components of fitness for a participant. After warming up, the class will alternate between segments of mid to high-intensity cardio intervals on the floor and/or step & short periods of targeted upper & lower body strength training using hand weights & resistance tubing. Abdominal & back strengthening & then a relaxing stretch will follow. (All levels)
Dynamic Definition
A non-impact, toning and shaping class that utilizes hand weights to sculpt and define major muscle groups through resistance training. This non-cardio total body workout focuses on muscular endurance while strengthening as well as a rejuvenating stretch will follow the workout. Choose your own resistance. (All levels)
Low Impact Cardio Sculpt
A unique fat burning class combining aerobics with muscle conditioning. A low impact class that will make a big impact in your personal fitness program: this class will maximize your cardiovascular workout while adding tone, strength and definition to your muscles.
Low Impact Pilates
Concentrate on strengthening your core, flattening your stomach, improving balance and coordination all at once plus improving your cardio-vascular strength. Move through a series of fluid, strengthening and lengthening exercises to create a longer, leaner you. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion and core strength hand increase cardio vascular capabilities. (All levels)
Vinyasa Yoga
April leads this invigorating practice characterized by flowing postures that build strength, improve posture, flexibility and deepen relaxation. This class is 90 minutes! (Beginner-Advanced)
Water Walking & Toning
Powerful and purposeful walking through water's natural resistance while using patterned steps combined with arm and hand movements. Liz's expertise and enthusiasm is contagious! (Beginner-Intermediate)
