Adopted by the Board of Directors, June 1998
Effective July 1, 1998

30. Commencing July 1, 1998, the following charges shall be in effect at The Bridges Resort.

Annual Recreation Fee: All Owners shall be billed for an annual recreation fee. This fee covers unlimited use of on site recreation facilities by the Owner and others occupying the Unit when the Owner is present. It also covers use of on site recreation facilities by Owner guests (including, but not limited to members of the Owner’s family who are occupying the Unit when the Owner is not present) for up to fifteen days during the balance of calendar year 1998 and up to thirty dates in any calendar year thereafter. In order to qualify for coverage under the annual recreation fee, visits by the Owner’s family or other guests when the Owner is not present must be scheduled by the Owner in advance by telephone or in writing. The Annual Recreation Fee does not cover use of the on site recreation facilities by persons renting a Unit directly from the Owner or through the Owner’s rental agent.

Supplemental Recreation Fee: A supplemental fee for increased upkeep costs and staffing of recreation facilities shall be billed for each night that the Owner’s Unit is rented.

Service Fee: A service fee to address increased costs related to service amenities such as, but not limited to front desk assistance, ski shuttle busses and night manager services, shall be billed for each night that the Owner’s unit is rented, except that no Service Fee shall be billed for rentals arranged through The Bridges rental program for which a rental commission has been paid.  The service fee shall also be billed for each night that the Owner’s unit is occupied by Owner guests or family members not covered by the Annual Recreation Fee due to excess usage, lack of advance scheduling or the payment of rent.

The Board shall appoint a Rule 30 committee to oversee the implementation of the foregoing fees.

A current schedule of charges shall be forwarded to all Owners and may be amended by Board vote on an as needed basis.

The supplemental Recreation Fee and the Service Fee may be waived by the General Manager or by the Rule 30 committee if either finds that the charges to be unwarranted based on special circumstances presented by the Unit Owner.
