General Policies

Rates are valid November 09, 2007 through April 12, 2008. Rates do not include tax and service. Security Deposit due upon check in. No pets, please.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

For stays less than 31 days: 1st night lodging fee due at time of booking. Final payment due 21 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 21 days prior to arrival are required to have full payment on a credit card or check via overnight mail. Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival: $25.00 per unit fee. 21 days or less 50% withheld. On day of arrival or no show: 100% withheld.
