Pilates

All Levels — This dynamic class concentrates on strengthening your core, flattening your stomach, improving balance and coordination all at once. Move through a series of fluid strengthening and lengthening exercises to create a longer, leaner you. The class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and core strength.
